TAMASHII NATIONS expands the S.H.MonsterArts series with a special set inspired by Shin Godzilla! Under the S.H.MonsterArts brand—renowned for combining detailed monster sculpts and advanced articulation—TAMASHII NATIONS presents the articulated figure set “Godzilla (2016) 2nd Form & 3rd Form & Giant Unidentified Organism”. This collection brings together Godzilla's early evolutionary stages as seen in the film, before its final, fully mature form. The 2nd Form (Kamata-kun) and 3rd Form (Shinagawa-kun) reuse the original molds from 2017, updated with new paint applications for greater screen accuracy. Kamata-kun stands approximately 5 cm tall and features meticulously sculpted organic details as well as articulation that allows for realistic, snake-like crawling poses. Its color scheme has been refined with more saturated hues that more closely approximate its cinematic appearance. Shinagawa-kun stands approximately 13 cm tall, with a striking red and black color finish. Its unique articulation allows for expressive poses such as roaring or fleeing from pursuit by Defense Force fighter jets. Making its S.H.MonsterArts debut, the Giant Unidentified Organism stands approximately 16 cm tall and faithfully reproduces its initial public emergence. Transparent water splash parts at the base convey the translucency of real seawater, while partial red paint reproduces the dramatic scene of the sea turning red as it appears. Each section of the tail is articulated, allowing for smooth, lifelike movements directly from the film.
