Cancellation policy for pre-orders

1) About Pre-orders & Arrival Dates
- At Robotto.se, all stated arrival dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to production, logistics, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Robotto.se will notify you by email in case of delays or when the item arrives at our warehouse.
2) Payment (100% or 20% upfront)
- Pre-orders require advance payment:
- Option A: 100% at the time of order.
- Option B: 20% deposit at the time of order and 80% when the item arrives.
- The deposit (20%) is included in the regular price and is non-refundable upon cancellation.
3) Partial Payment & Email Notification
When the item arrives, Robotto will send an email with confirmation and a payment request for the remaining 80% (if you did not choose 100% at the time of order). Please pay within the specified timeframe in the email.
4) Shipping & Partial Deliveries (different item types in the same order)
- If you mix in-stock items and pre-order items, or multiple pre-order items with different arrival dates, the order may be partially delivered.
- Additional shipping costs may apply for each separate shipment.
- Avoid extra shipping by placing separate orders for different item types on Robotto.
5) Cancellation/Withdrawal Before Delivery
- The 20% deposit is not refundable upon cancellation/withdrawal before the item has been shipped.
- If you have paid 100% to Robotto and cancel before delivery, 80% will be refunded (20% is retained as a deposit).
- To cancel, reply to your order confirmation or contact our customer service, stating your order number.
6) Failure to Complete Payment (for 20% deposit)
If the remaining 80% is not paid within the specified time after our notification, Robotto may cancel the order. The deposit (20%) will be retained to cover costs. Any surplus amount will be refunded.
7) Multiple Pre-order Items in the Same Order
If you have multiple pre-order items in the same order, Robotto will request payment for each product as each individual product arrives – not all at once when everything has arrived. This may involve multiple payment occasions and separate shipments.
8) Cancellation/Discontinuation of Product by Supplier
If a pre-order product is discontinued or canceled by the supplier/manufacturer, or if we are unable to deliver, the order will be canceled and the entire amount paid will be refunded, including the deposit.
9) Returns After Receipt (Right of Withdrawal)
This policy primarily concerns cancellation before delivery. After receipt, applicable consumer legislation (e.g., the right of withdrawal under distance contracts) applies, with the exception of, for example, special orders. Please see our returns and exchange policy for complete information.

No. Dates are estimates from the supplier/manufacturer. Delays can occur beyond Robotto's control.
