Instructions for Deleting Personal Data

Your Right to Erasure

Under GDPR and other privacy laws, you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data that we have collected and stored. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data.

What Data We Collect

We may collect the following types of personal data:

  • Contact information (name, email address)
  • User data from Facebook (profile ID, public profile information)
  • Usage data (how you interact with our app)
  • Technical data (IP address, device type, browser information)

How to Request Deletion of Your Data

To request the deletion of your personal data, please follow these steps:

Method 1: Email

  1. Send an email to: info@robotto.se
  2. Enter "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line
  3. Include the following information:
    • Your full name
    • Email address associated with your account
    • Facebook user ID (if available)
    • Description of which data you wish to delete

Method 2: Contact Form

You can also use our contact form and select "Data Deletion Request" as the subject.

What Happens After Your Request

Once we receive your data deletion request, we will:

  1. Confirm your identity - We may need to verify that you are the person requesting the deletion
  2. Process the request within 30 days - We will respond to your request within one month
  3. Delete your data - We will permanently delete all personal data we hold about you
  4. Confirm the deletion - You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete

Exceptions to Deletion

In some cases, we may not be able to delete all your data immediately, for example:

  • If we are legally obliged to retain certain data
  • To complete ongoing transactions
  • For security and fraud prevention purposes
  • Anonymized data that cannot be linked to you personally

Facebook Data

For data we have received from Facebook:

  • We will delete all data we have stored from your Facebook profile
  • You can also delete our app directly from your Facebook settings
  • Go to Facebook > Settings > Apps and Websites > Remove our app
